Initial evaluations - 90 mins - $300.00 this allows for 90 minutes for an evaluation in all areas of life. Additional time may be needed at future appointments depending on the extent of one’s symptoms.

One hour appointments - $175.00

Follow-ups or check-in’s - 30 mins -$87.50

At this time, we are not taking insurance. Payment is welcome with any visa or master card logo, including HSA Cards. We are able to create a Superbill for you should you wish to submit to your insurance. Reclaiming Your Wellness is not able to submit to insurance. This is the responsibility of the client.

**Please note: Providers at Reclaiming Your Wellness are not in network with any insurance company at this time. Medicaid and Medicare will not reimburse for out of network providers.
